At the beginning, True North was asked to recruit team members for clinics.  Many clinics needed associates and had specific requests for the professionals they were looking to recruit.   Some clinic owners needed help selling their practices as they had an exit plan in the coming years.  

Then we visited Colleges and found that students needed help transitioning from student life to "real" life as they referred to it.   After many years of academia, re-focusing on what makes a health professional successful is important for future success.   We work with students, doctors and therapists on a weekly basis to help them set and achieve goals. 

Recently, we added Design Services to our menu.   Clinic design and systems are important for success.  The patients, staff, doctors and therapists need to enjoy their work environment for long term success in practice.
